Automation services & pricing.

Most automation pricing is deliberately vague. Ours isn't: every build is a fixed fee, scoped and agreed in writing before a line of work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay.

We can't publish a price list, because a two-system job and a five-system one are not the same build. What we can do is show you exactly how the number is arrived at, below. The first consultation is free and ends with a real figure.

02 / Pricing model
01

Systems touched

An automation crossing two systems is a different job from one crossing five. Every extra system is another integration to build, test and keep alive when that vendor changes their API. This is the single biggest driver of the figure we quote.

02

How good the APIs are

Some tools have clean, documented APIs. Others need workarounds that take days instead of hours. We check this before quoting, which is why we won't give you a number over the phone without seeing your stack first.

03

Data consistency

Automation amplifies whatever your data already is. If the same customer is spelled four different ways across three systems, that gets cleaned up before anything is automated, and that cleanup is real work with a real cost.

04

Redesign vs connect

Sometimes a workflow shouldn't be automated as it stands, because the process itself is the problem. Redesigning costs more up front and saves considerably more afterwards. We'll say so when we think that's the case, rather than automating a bad process faster.

  • Error handling and testing before handover
  • Plain-English documentation your team keeps

04 / FAQ
How much does workflow automation cost in Australia? +
It depends on the process, and anyone quoting a flat number before seeing your workflow is guessing. What we can commit to is the shape: every build is a fixed fee, scoped and agreed in writing before work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay. The figure is driven by how many systems the automation touches, how clean the underlying data is, and how much of the process needs redesigning rather than simply connecting. The first consultation is free and ends with a real number.
Do you charge hourly or a fixed fee? +
Fixed fee, agreed up front. Hourly billing pays us to be slow and leaves you carrying the risk of a long build. A fixed price moves that risk onto us and means you know the cost before you commit. Ongoing support runs as a monthly retainer you can cancel at any time.
What shapes the price of an automation build? +
Four things, in rough order of impact: how many systems the workflow has to touch, whether those systems have usable APIs or need workarounds, how consistent your existing data is, and how much of the process needs redesigning before it can be automated at all. A clean two-system job is a very different build from a five-system process held together by spreadsheets.
What happens if the scope changes partway through? +
We re-quote the addition and you approve it before we build it. The original fixed fee still stands for the original scope. Nothing reaches your invoice without a conversation first, which is the entire point of agreeing the number in writing.
Do we have to start with an audit? +
No. If you already know what you want built, we can scope that build directly. The AI-Readiness Audit is for teams who know something should be automated but not what to tackle first. It is a fixed fee and it ends with a prioritised roadmap, including an honest list of the things we think are not worth automating.
